About Hiblio TV

Hiblio is an exciting new Health TV service from Torbay Hospital. The channel is the first of its kind in the NHS.

Hiblio is simple to use and free to access. Our website provides access to our schedule , programmes can be viewed online using your computer, tablet or smartphone browser.

Hiblio’s daytime TV styled content tackles many of the health and lifestyle challenges we all face day to day.  Hiblio broadcasts from its basement studio in the  Horizon Centre, on the main site of Torbay Hospital.  Viewers can choose to watch the conversations ‘live’ online, in real-time or catch up later with what they missed in an easy and convenient way.

Our aim is to provide trusted information about health, wellbeing and lifestyle to the residents of Devon and beyond. To do this, we’re working with healthcare professionals, established charities and public bodies.

Please note: Streaming video is a data intensive service. Whilst the Hiblio does not charge for its mobile content, your operator’s charges for using the internet over 3G may apply. Connecting via WiFi is recommended where possible.
